Christopher Gafford, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Chris became a Doctor of Medicine in 1993 and was certified by the American Board of Family Medicine after completing his residency training in 1996. After teaching as an assistant professor for the University of Tennessee Memphis, he began working in family practice.
He has been recognized as an outstanding physician numerous times and was named Lincoln County’s Finest Physician in 2010. He also received the University of Tennessee’s Community Physician Award (1997) and named a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (2011).
